Ce téléphérique a été construit par le constructeur suisse Garaventa (Cette photo le prouve!)

Ces 2 photos montrent bien que le téléphérique a remplacé un funiculaire sur le même tracé.
Pourquoi ce remplacement? Parce que le terrain bouge pas mal et que les rail du funiculaire se déplacaient, ce qui devenait trop dangereux. On a donc opté pour un téléphérique dont les mouvements des pylônes pourront être corrigés en cas de besoin.

These 2 photographs show well that the cable car replaced a funicular on the same layout. Why this replacement? Because the ground does not move badly and that the rail of the funicular were déplacaient, which became too dangerous. One thus chose a cable car whose movements of the pylons could be corrected where necessary.

C'est depuis Grütschalp que part le BLM (Brgbahn Lauterbrunnen-Murren), une des seules lignes de chemins de fer coupée du reste du réseau ferroviaire suisse.
It is since Grütschalp that share the BLM (Bergbahn Lauterbrunnen-Murren), one of the only railway lines cut of the remainder of the Swiss rail network.
